Clamping bushings
The purpose of the shaft-hub connection is to transmit power. This requires friction between the shaft and the hub. The drive components (such as a chain wheel, timing belt pulley or V-belt pulley) are mounted on the shaft by means of friction elements. This connection can be achieved, for example, by using clamping bushings.
